About Barya

Banadir Regional Youth Association is a governmental organization established by the authorities of Banadir Regional Administration in Mogadishu Municipality. The Association has started operating in 2014 after years of absence following the collapse of the state. Banadir Regional Youth Association Stands to promote and unite the efforts and capacities of the youth in Banadir region, so that they can benefit from the ongoing activities carried out by the government of Somalia and organization working on youth activities. In return to this, Youth is expected to benefit the wider groups of youth in their respective locations. The Association has sub-offices in the 20 districts of Banadir region.
